The RESIDENCE PALMYRA located on the port of CAP COUDALERE, in the municipality of BARCARES, in the eastern Pyrenees 30 minutes from Spain in the south of France. Perpignan and Narbonne are the two big cities nearby and LE BARCARES is between PORT LEUCATE and Torreilles. The residence has a large car park behind the building with private spaces for each apartment. Cap Coudalère offers a whole infrastructure as an ideal holiday village for seasonal rental. The site includes an aquatic area which has just been renovated with 3 swimming pools : a large 15mx25m swimming pool, a 7mx20m heated swimming pool and a splash zone for children. For the 2023 season, the aquatic area is open from April 15 to October 15. The Cap coudalère site also provides numerous sports facilities, 4 tennis courts, a multisports ground, ping-pong tables, bowling alley, basketball court, outdoor fitness area and several children's play areas. For windsurfers, at the end of the residence there is a spot for windsurfing. During the season, sports animators offer various activities on the sports grounds and in the aquatic area. In the evening on Place Martinique where you find all the local shops (Bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, press, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors), and various entertainment is offered: Night market, show for adults and children, concert, dj. For swimming, you have the beach of the marine lake on site which is the salt water of the sea and which is also the spot for windsurfers and kitesurfers. Then, nearby you have the beach of the Mediterranean Sea which is the most beautiful sandy beach in BARCARES, just 2 minutes by car and no problem to park with free parking. If you go there on foot or by bike, you have to follow the cycle path for safety which is 1500m.
